Lindi Skin Radiotherapy Cooler Pad has been specially designed to help soothe and relieve radiotherapy burns and other types of compromised skin. The Cooler Pad provides on-the-spot cooling relief and moisturising effects thanks to aloe vera and green tea in its formula.
This 4-inch x 7-inch hydro-gel dressing soothes on contact and can be re-used over a dozen times.
Soothe compromised skin with the natural cooling and moisturising effects of water, green tea, and aloe vera. Originally created for radiation patients, the Lindi Cooler Pad is perfect for radiotherapy burns, sunburn, regular household burns, or any accute rash or skin inflammation.
While cooling on contact, the gentle properties of the Lindi Skin Cooler Pad allow the product to adhere to the skin without sticking.
The Lindi Skin Cooler Pad is 4" x 7" and can be re-used several times on any relatively-flat surface of the body. Includes re-sealable plastic bag.
Purified Water, Glycerin, Sucrose, PEG-8, Calcium Lactate, Xanthan Gum, Glycomannan Gum, Chondrus Crispus Extract, Ceratonia Siliqua, Potassium Citrate, Malic Acid, Aloe Barbadensis (Aloe Vera), Camellia Oleifera (Green Tea), Alpha-Tocopheryl (Vitamin E), Polyaminopropyl Biguanide, Diazolidinyl Urea, Iodopropynyl Butyl Carbamate, Sodium Benzoate, (May contain fragrance), FD&C Blue 1, FD&C Yellow 5.
Open package by removing seal on the back. Remove Lindi Skin Cooler pad from tray. For maximum comfort, place on skin for 20-45 minutes.
Lindi Skin Cooler Pads may be reused several times by rinsing product with cool water and storing in a sealed bag or container in the refrigerator. Do not freeze or leave uncovered.
To promote healthy skin, use in conjunction with Lindi Skin Body Wash and Lindi Skin Body Lotion. For external use only. Not for use on broken skin.

"I've had 6 wks of radiation, TWICE, to SAME area for 2 diff diag of breast cancer, so a total of 12 wks rad to same area. The first time without this product, and the second time with. I believe it truly makes a big difference and is well worth the price! The first time my skin greatly suffered, rad had to be paused, and one small area never fully recovered. The second time, with 6 wks rad to same area, (which is almost unheard of for breast cancer) I was in a panic at what more rad would do to that large area of already rad'd skin that reacted so badly the first time. The hospital recommended this product, and I cannot tell you what relief, both physically and emotionally, it played during second set of treatments. The first time I had rad, toward the end I could barely make it thru the 15 min drive home. A Northwestern University Study concluded that Lindi Skin soothes skin irritated by cancer treatment and improves overall quality of life.
The study evaluated the quality of life (QoL) and tolerability of three Lindi Skin products specifically developed for cancer skin care management - Lindi Skin Body Moisturiser, Lindi Skin Face Moisturiser and Lindi Skin Face Wash.
Ninety-nine cancer patients receiving systemic anticancer therapies and/or radiotherapy at Northwestern University were assessed at the initial visit for adverse skin reactions. All patients were provided with the three Lindi Skin products and were instructed to use each product once daily for 4 weeks.
The results showed that dry skin, hand–foot skin reaction (HFSR), and skin rash (dermatitis) decreased significantly and most patients rated their overall experience with Lindi Skin products as good or very good (highest rating).
