Stress, Anxiety & Trouble Sleeping

Going through a cancer diagnosis and treatment can be a stressful and anxious time for both the patient and their loved ones. Stress, anxiety and worry can have a negative impact on our sleep and can cause unwelcome disruption to our lives. Good quality sleep is important for our physical and mental wellbeing. There are a number of positive things that we can do to manage stress and anxiety. We have used some of the research around stress and anxiety to carefully curate a variety of products to help relieve the negative effects it can have and to support rest and relaxation.
