Returns:

We hope that you are happy with your purchase from us, but if you're not completely satisfied please get in touch and we'll do our very best to put things right. Please visit our returns page to view our returns policy and process.

​Damaged or Defective Items:

​We work with our suppliers to ensure that all products reach you in perfect condition, but in the unlikely event that you have received an item that is damaged or defective, please complete our damaged item form within 30 days of receipt of your order, providing details of the item and the damage.

​​​Email or Whatsapp is always best as we're normally busy sending out orders. If your enquiry is urgent please write URGENT in the subject line.

If you prefer to call us and we are unable to answer, please leave a voicemail including your name and number and we'll get back to you.

We try to reply to your calls and messages as soon as possible, and always within 24 hours during our opening times.
