Soothing Microwaveable Wheat Bag - Multiple Designs

This Soothing Microwaveable Wheat Bag offers comforting and convenient hot or cold therapy to help relieve some of the discomfort from aching muscles and joint pain that cancer can cause.
 
Filled with cleaned British Wheat and available in multiple fabric designs, these wheat bags provide natural warmth and soothing relief for everyday aches, pains and tiredness.
 
The Microwaveable Body Wrap takes just 2 minutes to heat up in the microwave, or it can also be chilled in the freezer for up to 3 hours.

Ensure microwave turntable is clean and can rotate freely.

Remove outer packaging and check the product is clean and dry before use.

Place body wrap inside the microwave ensuring the filling is evenly distributed.

Fold the product if it cannot be positioned flat on the turntable.

Heat up to a maximum of

2 minutes for 500-750 watt microwaves and a maximum of

1 minute 30 seconds for 750-1000-watt microwaves.

If it feels too cool for your needs warm again in increments of 15 seconds at a time.

Check the temperature by holding against your wrist or elbow for 10 seconds prior to use to ensure product is not too hot.

Once heated, allow to cool for 30 seconds before use.

Alternatively chill in the freezer for up to 3 hours.

In the evenof over heating, allow to cool fully and return to room temperature before reheating.
