"I tried a different top brand but they switched 8hr to 16hr pads, basically less heat spread over twice the time. HOWEVER, these pads are brilliant. Fantastic heat for the full 8 hrs +. I usually still have lots of heat 11 to 12hrs from initial application. If applying to your back, i would encourage you to get someone to apply the patch to your T shirt/shirt (read package) for you for best results"
