Therapeutic Gel Headache Band - Grey
This Therapeutic Gel Headache Band is filled with cedarwood essential oil and gel beads to soothe headache pain, swelling and discomfort and alleviate tension.
As a general rule cold therapy is used to help with acute pain, inflammation and swelling: heating is not recommended for the migraine band, however it may be used heated at your own discretion.
Place gel bead migraine band in a plastic bag and place in the freezer for at least 30 mins or chill In the refrigerator until desired temperature is achieved. Place over the forehead ensuring the fabric side is against the skin. Adjust straps for a comfortable fit. Wear for up to 20 minutes at a time.
