  • Brain Games for Adults

Chemotherapy treatment can involve a lot of waiting around. This is why we have chosen this book as there’s plenty to keep you occupied during hospital visits. It's common knowledge that a brain workout is essential for keeping your mind on top form but often the puzzles we turn to can seem like very hard work. With Brain Games for Adults, internationally renowned puzzle expert Dr Gareth Moore presents a huge variety of puzzles - from cryptic codes to logic puzzles, number puzzles to feats of memory - that will challenge you and help boost your IQ. There’s something for everyone with a variety of difficulty levels.

    Vermints - Peppermint

Patients may feel nauseous during radiotherapy treatment. Mint is well known for easing nausea and we’ve specifically chosen Vermints because they have ditched all the gross, health-harming, chemically-modified stuff that you usually find in mints and made super tasty mints from nature and nature only. VerMints are USDA Organic, Gluten-Free, non-GMO, Nut-Free and Kosher.

    Anti Nausea Wrist Bands

Anyone who has experienced nausea will know how draining it can be. This is why we have included these anti-nausea wristbands as a natural way to ease some of the negative effects it can have. Research has shown that patients who wore acupressure wristbands reported less chemotherapy-related nausea on the day of treatment compared with those who didn't wear them. The plastic stud attached to the inside of the wrist band exerts pressure and stimulates the P6 (or Nei-Guan) acupressure point. It is widely believed that pressure on this point relieves nausea and vomiting.
